Such unregulated traditional activities is draining thousand of liters of fuels by vehicles stalled. Plus thousand of pesos in commercial value and hours lost. If only such fiesta parades in main thoroughfares be banned or regulated. The country be spared by the economic loss that the many Fiesta parades taking place in almost all places of the country bring. "If only"
